REFUND POLICY​

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however please read the below information if you would like to arrange a return.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND

  • Your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging (e.g. if gift-boxed).

  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g. email order confirmation).

INELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND

  • Refunds cannot be issued in cases of misunderstanding or failure to read the product listing information — for example, where: product dimensions differ from what was expected; surface irregularities were not anticipated; quantity of product differs from what was expected. This list is not exhaustive. We reserve the right to determine eligibility.

  • We do not issue refunds for booked workshop dates. There is a possibility that we can change the date of the workshop booking, however this is subject to availability and at our discretion.

  • Workshop gift-cards cannot be refunded.

We may be able to offer an exchange or credit note if we can't offer you a refund, so please email us at hello@weezandmerl.com

EXCHANGES

  • We are happy to exchange your order, if it complies with the eligibility criteria above.

  • You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request an exchange.

  • The original postage cost is excluded from the exchange value.

  • You will need to pay for the return of the original item, as well as postage of new product/s.

  • Please email us on hello@weezandmerl.com to arrange an exchange, and please state which product/s you would like instead (from our available stock).

RETURN & REFUND PROCESS

  • You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@weezandmerl.com, referencing your order number. Please state the reason for your return for each item.

  • If the return is accepted, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, and we recommend using a tracked service to return your items.

  • Please do not send your order back to us without having emailed us first.​

  • Once your return is received and inspected and we are happy that it complies with our eligibility terms, we will issue a refund (minus the shipping fee) within 10 working days, using the original payment method.
