REFUND POLICY​

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however please read the below information if you would like to arrange a return.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND

Your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging (e.g. if gift-boxed).

We require a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g. email order confirmation).

INELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND

Refunds cannot be issued in cases of misunderstanding or failure to read the product listing information — for example, where: product dimensions differ from what was expected; surface irregularities were not anticipated; quantity of product differs from what was expected. This list is not exhaustive. We reserve the right to determine eligibility.

We do not issue refunds for booked workshop dates. There is a possibility that we can change the date of the workshop booking, however this is subject to availability and at our discretion.

Workshop gift-cards cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We are happy to exchange your order, if it complies with the eligibility criteria above.

You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request an exchange.

The original postage cost is excluded from the exchange value.

You will need to pay for the return of the original item, as well as postage of new product/s.

Please email us on hello@weezandmerl.com to arrange an exchange, and please state which product/s you would like instead (from our available stock).

RETURN & REFUND PROCESS

You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@weezandmerl.com, referencing your order number. Please state the reason for your return for each item.

If the return is accepted, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, and we recommend using a tracked service to return your items.

Please do not send your order back to us without having emailed us first.​

Once your return is received and inspected and we are happy that it complies with our eligibility terms, we will issue a refund (minus the shipping fee) within 10 working days, using the original payment method.
