When you conduct a transaction on our website, or become a member, as part of the process, we see Personal Information that you provide, such as your name, billing/delivery address, email address and phone number; however we do not see any payment details or passwords.

SHIPPING YOUR ORDER

We usually use Royal Mail to ship orders, and they do not require a phone number; however sometimes we use a courier service to ship your order, and they recommend a phone number to be provided to them so that they are able to contact you if there’s a problem with your delivery. In this case we pass on your phone number, if you provided one when you placed your order. If you would not like us to pass your number on to couriers, either omit this information when you place an order, let us know via email at hello@weezandmerl.com, or through the contact box at the bottom of this page.

HOW & WHY WE COMMUNICATE WITH OUR SITE VISITORS

If you have placed an order in the past, we may contact you regarding surveys or questionnaires, or to send updates about our products or website. For these purposes we would contact you via email; we never contact you via the phone number provided when you place an order. If you would like to opt out of receiving future email correspondence from us please notify us via email after you have placed your order; however please be aware that we would still have to contact you regarding your order if, for example, the shipping address is incomplete, or if there is a problem with a product you have ordered.
